Epcess Property.co.uk began in 2004. It was set up by Piers and Nick as an offshoot of their web design business Epcess. The company was run initially as a sideline and developed over the next four years as a modest concern trying to offer the public and developers a viable alternative to the traditional estate agent. However, Nick and Piers soon realised that they didn’t have the resources to take the business to the next level.
They decided that they need an input of capital and expertise. That is when Mike and myself, Sean, got involved with the business.
We have come from a property development background doing developments of our own properties. Including specialising to some degree in the more unusual barn conversions. We have been in the property business for over 25 years. When we got involved with Nick and Piers we knew instantly that Epcess Property would perfectly compliment our core business. Also from our property background we were very interested in a fresh approach to property marketing and realised that the internet was the future.
On becoming involved in Epcess Property we have reviewed and re-vamped the site. Concentrating on offering two main services Private sales, to help individuals supplement their estate agents marketing with their own campaign, hopefully saving themselves some money in the process.
However, we also identified the need for a more traditional approach that became our Premier package. This gives people access to the best presentation tools to make their property stand out in the current very competitive market. Our service includes professional photos, floor plans and virtual tours. We also have unparalleled exposure on the web including Rightmove, Property Finder, Fish4, Zoomf, Channel4 and many more.
We have also added a HIP service and are currently working on mortgage and financial advice. We aim to give the customer everything they need to sell their property in one place at very competitive prices.
We spent a lot of time improving the site and the service to make it easy to use and intuitive. We would like your feedback on how we have done. Please let us know your thoughts on the site and any services that you would like to see us offering.
We finally re-launched the site in April after a lot of hard work and a few late nights. I would like to thank both Piers and Nick for all their hard work getting the site sorted out.
We hope you like it!
